You only need one image to get started: a banner of 2400 x 1256 px, or at least 1920 x 1005 px. If you want a fully branded page and ticket, add the advanced images too.
Basic design: one image
| Image | Size | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Main Banner & Social Sharing Image | 2400 x 1256 px recommended, 1920 x 1005 px minimum | Your event page banner, your event thumbnail, and the preview when your link is shared on social media |
Advanced design: optional extras
| Image | Size | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Ticket Template Image | 2480 x 3508 px (A4 portrait) | The background of the e-tickets buyers receive |
| Logo Image | 800 x 500 px, PNG with a transparent background | Your logo on the event page |
| Background Image | 1920 x 1080 px | The full-screen background behind your event page. Keep text off it |
| Image Gallery Carousel | Any, all the same size | A gallery of images at the bottom of your event page |
These banner sizes are the same shape as a Facebook banner and most social media banners, so one design works everywhere.
Other images
- Ticket Template Override Image (2480 x 3508 px): a different ticket design for one ticket tier, such as VIP. Set it in the tier's advanced settings.
- Company banner (2400 x 1256 px, at least 1920 x 1005 px): for your company page, in Settings.
- Tour images: tours use the same sizes and specs as events, except the ticket template, which tours don't need. The tour banner (2400 x 1256 px, at least 1920 x 1005 px) is set in the tour's Design step.
How your tickets print
- Banner only: if you only upload a banner, it's printed on your tickets. This default ticket fits two tickets on a page.
- Ticket template: with your own Ticket Template Image, each ticket fills a page and you control the branding. The QR code, event name and ticket details always print in the same places. Our ticket template kit shows where. Submit a support request to get it. See How do I design my own e-ticket?.
File rules
- PNG, JPG or JPEG.
- 5 MB maximum per image.
Tips
- Keep images as small as you can without losing quality. Aim for under 1 MB, even for large images, so your page loads quickly on mobile.
- Use a light ticket template. Dark backgrounds use a lot of ink if people print their tickets.
