Accessing Settings

Navigate to Settings using the left sidebar menu, represented by a gear icon labeled "Settings" at the bottom of the menu tree.

Company Settings

Manage core business information and online presence:

  • Company name and business registration number

  • Support email and contact phone (+61 format)

  • Tax settings (NONE option available)

  • Social media URLs (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Website URL: Changes saved via the blue SAVE button

Important: These settings directly affect tax invoice display and customer documentation. Ensure all information is accurate and complete for compliance purposes.

User Permissions

Understanding Roles

Different roles control access levels and capabilities:

Admin Role

  • Full system configuration access

  • User management permissions

  • Financial data visibility

  • System settings control

  • Transaction processing

Staff Role

  • Daily operational functions

  • Ticket processing

  • Customer service tasks

  • Limited report access

  • Basic account management

User Management

  • View users' names, email, status (active/inactive), and roles (ADMIN/STAFF)

  • Add new users through the ADD USER button

  • Remove existing users via the REMOVE option

  • Manage admin and staff permissions


Both sections are accessible through tabs at the top of the Settings page, allowing easy navigation between company details and user management.
