Yes. Every holder of a valid ticket automatically gets a reminder email about 24 to 48 hours before their session starts. There's nothing to set up or turn on.
What the reminder includes
- The event date and start time.
- The venue.
- Your event details.
What you need to do
Nothing. Reminders go out on their own for every event.
The reminder uses your event details, so check they're right a few days before your event:
- Session date and start time.
- Venue name and address.
- Event description, including anything people need to bring.
Notes
- On events with several sessions, each ticket holder gets a reminder before the session they're booked into.
- Cancelled and refunded tickets don't get a reminder.
- You can't turn reminders off or change when they're sent.
- Reminders help cut down "where's my ticket?" questions on the day.
- Someone still can't find their ticket? Resend it. See How do I resend tickets to a buyer?.
