How do I see my event page as buyers see it?

Click Event actions next to your event and choose View Event Page. Your page opens just as buyers see it.

View your event page

1. Click Events in the left menu.
2. Click Event actions next to your event.
3. Click View Event Page.

To share your page, choose Copy Event Link from the same menu.

Short link: every event also has a short link, pulseticketing.au followed by your event's URL, for example pulseticketing.au/summer-music-festival. It's shown under Event Url in the event's Details step. Click the copy icon next to it. Use it where space is tight, such as posters, flyers and social media bios.

What buyers see

• Your banner, event name, date, time and venue.
• A BUY TICKETS button, with your lowest price.
• Event Information: your description.
• Ticket Pricing and Add-on Pricing, if the pricing block is turned on.
• Venue: the address and a map.
• Organiser Information: your company name and a link to all your events.

Notes

• Draft events can only be viewed by your company admins.
• Check your page on your phone as well as your computer. Most buyers use their phone.
• Check that every tier you expect is showing, and that hidden tiers aren't.
