How do I edit an existing event?

Overview

First, head to the dashboard area to edit an existing event. Then navigate to the event panel on the left. 

A list of all of your events will load. On the right side, you will see an edit and setting buttons. 


The edit button will send you back to the event configuration panes, which allows you to modify and add any information you may have missed during the setup process.

 



The settings button will drop down a series of options: 

  • Edit Event: This will take you to the same navigation menu as the edit button.
  • View Reports: This will direct you to the reports navigation menu and display event-specific metrics.
  • View Tickets: This will direct you to the Tickets navigation pane and display event-related ticketing data.
  • View Tickets: This will direct you to the Scans navigation pane and display real-time scanning information during your event's operational hours.
  • Download Tickets: Export your selected event ticket data to a CSV file.
  • Download Survey: If a survey was set up (EG: Do you have any dietary requirements), this will compile and export all customer responses to a CSV file.
