How do I edit a Ticket Tier?

Overview

Manage and modify ticket tier settings through Events > Manage Ticket Tiers. For tiers with existing sales, create new tiers instead of modifying prices.


Accessing Ticket Tiers

  1. Navigate to Events > Manage Ticket Tiers

  2. Click the desired ticket tier link

Important: For price changes on tickets with existing sales, create a new tier instead.


Field Descriptions

Basic Information

  • Event - Select the associated event from the dropdown

  • Title - Name your ticket tier (e.g., Early Bird, First Release, Phase 1)

  • Price - Set the base ticket price, excluding booking fees

  • Booking Fee - Service fee for Pulse platform sales

  • Currency - Select event location currency

Timing and Capacity

  • Starts At - Date and time when ticket sales begin

  • Ends At - Date and time when ticket sales end

  • Allocation - Number of tickets available in this tier

  • Order - Set sales sequence (lowest for cheapest tickets)

Status Options

  • Is Sold Out - Force tier to appear sold out

  • Is Hidden - Hide tier from the event page

  • Optional Extra - Enable for add-on products

Template Setup

  • Ticket Template Image - Background image for e-tickets

    • Use light colors

    • Leave space for the barcode

    • Include terms and conditions text
