How do I custom design my e ticket template?

Overview

Create custom e-ticket templates that balance professional branding with practical considerations for home printing. Templates must include space for essential elements like barcodes while maintaining a clean, printer-friendly design.

Requirements

  • Use light colors/white background

  • Reserve space for barcode

  • Include terms and conditions

  • Design templates using Photoshop, applications that accept PSD files or even Photopea (a free online alternative to Adobe Photoshop)



Upload Process

  1. Go to Events > Tickets

  2. Select the target ticket tier

  3. Upload template image in the "event ticket tier template image" field

  4. Save changes


Note: The template should minimize customer printing costs while maintaining brand identity.  If you require a template kit, please contact your Pulse Account representative.
