Refunding Tickets in Pulse Ticketing

Overview

This guide explains how to refund or cancel tickets using the Pulse Ticketing system. Both actions are available through the gear menu on individual ticket entries and can only be performed on valid tickets with eligible status.

Refunding Tickets

Steps

  1. Find ticket row

  2. Click gear icon (⚙)

  3. Select "Refund Ticket"


This option both Refunds & Cancels a ticket 



Cancelling Tickets

Steps

  1. Locate ticket row

  2. Click gear icon (⚙)

  3. Select "Cancel Ticket"


Cancelling a ticket does not refund a customer.


Location Details

Both options appear in the same gear menu dropdown on the right side of each ticket entry.

Important Note

Only valid tickets can be refunded or canceled, as shown in the ticket status column. For refunds, users can process partial refunds and must specify a reason for refund, including whether booking fees are included. All refund reasons must be documented.
