How to cancel tickets?

Overview

Pulse Ticketing provides a straightforward cancellation process that updates ticket status immediately through the system.


This will only cancel and void a ticket, it will not refund the customer.  If you are looking to refund them then choose the refund option instead as that will both refund & canc


Steps

  1. Locate Ticket
    • Find the ticket row in the dashboard
    • Verify correct ticket selection
  2. Open Menu
    • Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the rightmost column
    • Access dropdown options
  3. Cancel Ticket
    • Select the "Cancel Ticket" option
    • Confirm cancellation action
  4. Verify Status
    • Check the status column update
    • Confirm cancellation complete

Status Indicators

  • Active tickets display the original status
  • Cancelled tickets show updated status
  • Status changes are reflected immediately
