Overview

Access and manage ticket scanning history, track entries, and handle box office operations. For mobile scanning instructions, Refer to this guide Or download our Scanner App Guide (PDF). LINK


Navigation

  1. Select "Scans" from left sidebar menu

  2. Choose an event from "All Events" dropdown



Search Options

  • Filter by ticket number using the search bar

  • View all scans chronologically

  • Use the "TICKET" button to search specific tickets


Scan Information Displayed

  • Event name

  • Ticket holder details

  • Scan timestamp

  • Scanner identity (e.g., PULSETEST)

  • Unique ticket ID


Navigation Controls

  • Page controls at the bottom

  • Eye icon to view detailed scan info

Notes

  • Box office payments are processed externally through payment terminals

  • All transactions are recorded in the box office system

  • Use the mobile scanning app for quick entry verification
