How to use Reports

Overview

  • The left sidebar contains a navigation menu with sections: Dashboard, Events, Tours, Tickets, Reports, Coupons, Scans, and Settings.

  • The main content area displays selected report data

  • The top bar shows the current event name and session filters


Event Overview Section

  • Total sales amount with fee breakdown

  • Ticket sales metrics (quantity and revenue)

  • Extras sales metrics (quantity and revenue)


Analytics Sections

Demographics Panel

  • Shows gender and age distribution of purchasers

  • Age groups segmented into ranges (0-17 through 65+)

Sales Timeline Graph

  • Interactive chart showing sales trends

  • Time range filters (1M, 2M, 6M, ALL)

  • X-axis displays dates

  • Y-axis shows sales metrics

  • Ticket sales and revenue data plotted over time

Session Data

  • All sessions view available

  • Filters to view specific session data

  • Shows data aggregated across sessions



This dashboard layout prioritizes key sales metrics while enabling detailed analysis through demographic and temporal breakdowns.
