Overview
Facebook remarketing through Pulse Ticketing enables targeted advertising to previous website visitors and event page viewers. Integrating Facebook Pixel with your Pulse events allows you to create custom audiences based on visitor behavior, track conversions, and optimize ad targeting. This feature requires proper Facebook Ads Manager setup and immediate audience configuration after event creation to ensure comprehensive data collection for marketing campaigns.
Prerequisites:
Active Facebook Pixel installed on your Pulse events
Access to Facebook Ads Manager
Steps:
Access Audiences in the Facebook Ads Manager menu
Create Custom Audience > Website Traffic
Choose targeting options:
All website visitors, or
Specific event pages using URL targeting
Name and save your audience
Use in ad sets via Custom Audience targeting
Important: Audiences only track new visitors after creation. Set up audiences immediately after creating events in Pulse for optimal data collection.
