How do I export my customers for Mailchimp or other email tools?

Download your ticket data, then import it into Mailchimp or any other email marketing tool.

Export your customers

1. Click Events in the left menu.
2. Click Event actions next to your event.
3. Click Download Tickets.
4. Save the file.

Import into your email tool

1. In Mailchimp or your email tool, choose to import contacts.
2. Upload the CSV file.
3. Match the columns, such as first name, surname and email.
4. Finish the import.

Notes

• Only email people who agreed to hear from you. Check your marketing consent before you send.
• Export after each event to keep your list growing.
• The file contains personal details. Store it securely.
