How do I connect Stripe so I get paid?

Ticket sales are paid to you through Stripe. Go to Settings, open the Stripe Payments tab and click CONNECT WITH STRIPE, then follow Stripe's steps until your account is enabled.

Connect Stripe

  1. Log in as an admin.
  2. Click Settings in the left menu.
  3. Open the Stripe Payments tab.
  4. Click CONNECT WITH STRIPE.
  5. Log in to your Stripe account, or create a new one.
  6. Follow every step of Stripe's onboarding until your account is enabled.

The onboarding is Stripe's own standard process. Have your business details, bank account and ID ready.

Always connect through the Stripe Payments tab. This links Stripe to your Pulse account correctly.

Already have a Stripe account?

Use it. Stripe will fill in the business and verification details you've given it before, which saves you time.

Connecting creates a separate Stripe account just for your ticket sales, inside your existing Stripe login. Your other Stripe accounts and their payments aren't affected.

What you get once connected

  • Secure card payments for your buyers.
  • Automatic payouts to your bank account.
  • Detailed transaction reporting.
  • Support for several payment methods.

Notes

  • Connect Stripe before you put your first event on sale.
  • Only admins can see the Settings area and the Stripe Payments tab.
  • Don't see the Stripe Payments tab? Your account uses our older payment set-up, where we invoice platform fees after each event. Submit a support request and we'll help you upgrade.
  • Stripe may ask for ID and business documents. This is a Stripe requirement.
  • Payout dates and Stripe's processing fee receipts are in your Stripe dashboard.
