Where do I find invoices for my platform fees?

Created by Ticketing Support, Modified on Mon, 26 Oct at 2:55 AM by Ticketing Support

If your account uses our latest Stripe Payments integration, your invoices and receipts for Pulse platform fees are on the Billing page. Receipts for Stripe's processing fees are in your Stripe dashboard.

Open Billing

  1. Click Billing in the left menu.
  2. Check the three summary cards:
    • Outstanding: any unpaid invoices.
    • Current period fees: fees so far this month.
    • Last invoice: your most recent invoice.
  3. Click a month in the list to see its invoice.

Can't see Billing in the menu? Your account uses our older payment set-up. Submit a support request and we'll help you upgrade to Stripe Payments.

What's on an invoice

Each month's invoice lists your fees by event, session and ticket tier. For each line you'll see the quantity, unit price, GST and amount, then the subtotal, GST and total in Australian dollars.

The current month shows as an Invoice preview marked Not yet issued until the month is billed. Click BACK TO BILLING to return to the list.

Notes

  • Billing covers Pulse platform fees only.
  • Stripe charges its own processing fee on each card payment. Find those receipts in your Stripe dashboard.
  • Connected through our latest Stripe Payments integration? Platform fees are collected automatically as your tickets sell, and each month's invoice shows what was collected. See How do I connect Stripe so I get paid?.
  • Not using our latest Stripe Payments integration yet? We send you an invoice for platform fees after each event. Hold enough of your ticket sales to pay it. Upgrading to Stripe Payments means fees are collected as you sell, so there's nothing to set aside. Submit a support request to upgrade.
  • Admins and team members with the Reporting role can open Billing. Staff can't.

Still stuck?
