Overview

This section covers entry ticket configuration. Entry tickets control venue access, distinct from add-ons, which are supplementary items.

Review Existing Tickets

  • Ticket name

  • Price

  • Allocation

  • Availability toggle



Add New Ticket Tiers

Basic Information

  • Enter ticket tier name

  • Set quantity and capacity

    • Quantity: Number of tickets available for sale

    • Capacity: How many attendees this ticket type admits (critical for venue management)

Pricing Setup

  • Define ticket price and booking fee

  • Choose a pricing option:

    • Cheapest available ticket pool

    • Fixed price listing

Additional Settings

  • Min/Max purchase quantities per transaction

  • Valid date range for the sale of that specific ticket tier.

  • Ticket Tier Description

  • Sold out/Hide ticket tier options



Next Steps

  • Click "ADD TICKET TIER" for additional tiers

  • Click "NEXT" to proceed to design setup



Important Notes

  • Set capacity limits carefully - this affects venue management

  • Configure minimum/maximum purchase limits to prevent bulk buying.

  • Consider valid date ranges for early bird or promotional tickets.
