Overview

Extras (add-ons) are supplementary items that don't count toward venue capacity. Unlike entry tickets, they don't affect total session capacity availability.

Review Existing Extras

  • Extra name

  • Price

  • Allocation

  • Availability toggle



Add New Extra

  • Enter extra name

  • Set quantity and capacity per ticket

  • Define price and booking fee

  • Set min/max purchase quantities



Configure Settings

  • Valid date range

  • Start/End times

  • Description

  • Sold out/Hide extra options



Next Steps

  • Click "ADD EXTRA" to create additional extras

  • Click "NEXT" to proceed to design



Important Note

Most extras should have capacity set to 0 as they don't count toward venue entry capacity.
