How to Add Optional Extras/Upsells

Overview

Event add-on items: Create and manage optional add-on items for events, such as accommodation, equipment rentals, or transportation. These extras can be purchased alongside or independently of event tickets.


Steps

  1. Events > Your event > Extras
  2. Click "Add Extra"
  3. Fill required fields:
    • Name (e.g., "Tent Rental," "Shuttle Pass")
    • Price
    • Description
    • Quantity available
  4. Enable the "Optional Extra" checkbox
  5. Save changes


Extras feature dedicated ticket templates for staff identification and tracking.
