Can I use my Companion Card or get accessible tickets?

It depends on the event. The organiser decides whether they accept Companion Cards and how they handle accessible seating and access. Contact them before you buy.

Companion Card

  1. Contact the organiser through their website or social media. See Who do I ask about the event itself?.
  2. Ask whether they accept the Companion Card and how to get your companion's ticket.
  3. Follow their instructions. Some organisers ask you to buy your own ticket first and send a copy of your card.

If the organiser asks us to issue the companion ticket, we'll let you know what we need.

Accessible seating and access

Ask the organiser about:

  • wheelchair spaces or accessible seats
  • access to the venue, parking and toilets
  • support workers and assistance animals

On seated events, contact the organiser before choosing seats, so they can hold the right ones for you.

Still stuck?

Submit a support request and tell us the event. We'll help you get in touch with the organiser.
