How do I choose my seats?

On a seated event, BUY TICKETS opens a map of the venue. Pick how many tickets you want, click a section, then click your seat. Seats next to it are picked for the rest of your group.

Choose your seats

  1. Open the event page and click BUY TICKETS.
  2. If the event runs on more than one day, choose your day from the tabs at the top.
  3. Set how many TICKETS you want.
  4. Click a section. The map zooms in and shows each seat, coloured by price.
  5. Click a seat. If you're buying more than one ticket, the seats beside it are picked too.
  6. Choose your ticket type and add it to your order.
  7. Repeat for any other seats you want.
  8. Click CHECKOUT, enter your details and pay.

Standing or general admission areas

Some venues have areas without set seats. They show "Tap to choose tickets". Click the area, choose how many tickets you want and click DONE.

Reading the map

  • Each section shows how many seats are left.
  • Greyed-out sections aren't on sale.
  • The price key shows the prices for the section you're looking at, including the booking fee.
  • Use the zoom buttons to get closer, and the reset button to see the whole venue again.

Your seats are held while you check out

A timer shows how long your seats are held for you. It adds more time as you go through each step. If it runs out, your seats are released and you'll need to choose again.

Notes

  • Change your mind about a seat? Remove it from Your Order with the bin icon.
  • Your tickets show your section, row and seat.
  • Need an accessible seat or space for a wheelchair? Contact the organiser before you buy. See Can I use my Companion Card or get accessible tickets?.
