Can I pay with Afterpay or Zip?

Yes, if the organiser has turned them on for their event. You'll need an Afterpay or Zip account, and a small surcharge is added to your order.

Pay with Afterpay or Zip

  1. Choose your tickets and click CHECKOUT. See How do I buy tickets?.
  2. Under Payment method, choose Afterpay or Zip.
  3. Check the surcharge and new total in Your Order.
  4. Finish your details and continue to payment.
  5. Log in to your Afterpay or Zip account and approve the payment.

You can check out as a guest on Pulse and still pay with Afterpay or Zip. You just need an account with them.

Don't have an account yet?

You can sign up with Afterpay or Zip while you pay, but it's easier to set it up before you buy. Their approval can take a few minutes, and your tickets are only held for a short time.

Surcharges

  • Afterpay: 4% of your order total.
  • Zip: 3.5% of your order total.

The surcharge covers the extra cost of these payment methods. Paying by card has no surcharge.

Don't see Afterpay or Zip?

The organiser decides whether to offer them, because they cost more for everyone. If they're not listed, the event doesn't offer them. Pay by card instead. See How can I pay, and what fees will I see?.

Refunds and resale

Money from a refund or a resale goes back to your Afterpay or Zip account. If it can't be returned there, we'll contact you to arrange another way. See When will I get my refund or resale money?.

Notes

  • Afterpay and Zip decide whether to approve your purchase. If they decline it, contact them or pay by card.
  • Your repayments are between you and Afterpay or Zip.

Still stuck?

For payment approvals, contact Afterpay or Zip. For your tickets, submit a support request.
