- Click New Tour.
- Enter the Tour name.
- Enter the Tour URL, using lowercase words joined by hyphens. Your full tour link is shown underneath.
- Leave Is this tour private? Enable for a hidden tour. off if you want the tour listed publicly.
- Add a Description. It appears under Tour information on the tour page.

Tours use the same image sizes and specs as event pages. You don't need a ticket template, because tickets come from each event. See What image sizes do I need for my event?. For our design templates, submit a support request.
-
Click Finish.
Add events to the tour
- Open an event and go to the Details step.
- Open Advanced Settings.
- Under Is this event part of a tour?, choose your tour.
- Click Save & Close.
Repeat for each event on the tour.
Manage your tours
Your Tours list shows each tour, how many events it has, and whether it's public or private. Click Tour actions to:
- Edit Tour: change its details or images.
- View Tour Page: see the tour as buyers do.
- Copy Tour Link: copy the link to share.
What buyers see
The tour page shows your banner, each event with its date and venue, MORE INFO and BUY TICKETS buttons, your tour description and your organiser details.
Sessions or a tour?
Sessions are the dates of one event at one venue. When an event has several sessions, buyers choose the one they want on that single event page.
A tour groups several events on one page. The events can be at the same venue or at different venues. Buyers choose an event on the tour page, then buy on that event's page.
A tour of events at the same venue is useful too. Buyers pick their day on the tour page instead of the event page. That can suit your marketing, the way you like to set things up, or a mix of same-venue and different-venue dates.
Some examples:
- A weekly comedy night at one club: one event, with a session for each week.
- A show visiting Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane: a tour, with one event for each city.
- A three-day festival at one site, where each day has its own line-up and marketing: a tour, with one event for each day at the same venue.
- A theatre season with two weeks in Sydney and one in Perth: a tour with a Sydney event and a Perth event, each with a session for every performance.
For complex events and tours, you can combine both: a tour whose events each have several sessions.
Notes
- Each event on a tour keeps its own tickets, design and reports.
- New tours are public. Public tours can appear on the Pulse home page.
- A public tour lists every event added to it, including private ones. This lets you choose how your tour appears:
- Tour and every show on the home page: leave the tour and its events public.
- Only the tour on the home page: make each event private. People find the shows through the tour page.
- If an event must stay completely hidden, don't add it to a public tour.
- Tours can't be deleted from the admin. To hide one, turn on its private setting.
- Just created a tour and can't see it in the event's list? Click the refresh icon next to it.
