How do I mark a ticket tier as sold out?

Turn on Sold out in the tier's advanced settings. Buyers see the tier as sold out and can't buy it. Tiers also sell out on their own when they run out of tickets.

Mark a tier as sold out

1. Click Events, click your event's name, then click Tickets.
2. Click the tier's name.
3. Open Advanced Settings.
4. Turn on Sold out.
5. Click Save.

Turn Sold out off to put the tier back on sale.

Notes

• Sold out or off sale?
  • Sold out (with On Sale still on): buyers still see the tier on your event page, marked as sold out. Use this to show demand.
  • On Sale turned off in the tier list: the tier disappears from your event page completely.
• A tier sells out on its own when every ticket is sold, or closes when its sale end is reached.
• Temporarily unavailable: when the last tickets in a tier are in other buyers' carts, the tier shows as temporarily unavailable. If those buyers don't check out, the tickets go back on sale.
