My payment failed or I was charged but got no ticket

Check My Tickets first. If your tickets are there, the payment went through. If not, don't buy again straight away: wait 15 minutes, then submit a support request and we'll check your order.

Charged but no ticket

  1. Check your email, including spam, for your tickets.
  2. Log in and open MY TICKETS. See Where are my tickets and how do I download them?.
  3. If there's nothing there after 15 minutes, submit a support request. Tell us the event, the email you used, and the date and amount of the charge.

Sometimes the bank takes longer to confirm a payment. If a payment didn't go through, the amount shown on your account is usually a hold. Your bank releases it, which can take a few business days.

"Unable to authenticate your payment method"

Your bank asked you to confirm the payment and it wasn't confirmed. This is a security check, usually called 3D Secure.

  • Look for a code by SMS, or a prompt in your banking app, while you're paying.
  • Check your SMS spam folder.
  • Make sure your bank has your current phone number.
  • Try again, or try a different card.

Card declined

  • Check the card number, expiry date and security code.
  • Make sure the card has enough funds and allows online payments.
  • Try another card, or call your bank.

Afterpay or Zip declined

Afterpay and Zip make their own approval decisions. Contact them, or pay by card instead.

Bought the same tickets twice?

Submit a support request straight away with both order details. See I bought the wrong ticket or want to upgrade.

Still stuck?

Submit a support request. Never send your full card number to us.
