How do I use a coupon code?

Enter your code under Have coupon code? when you choose your tickets, and click APPLY before you check out. Some codes take money off. Others unlock a special ticket that you then need to choose.

Apply your code

1. Open the event page and click BUY TICKETS.
2. Choose your date and session, if asked.
3. Click Have coupon code?.
4. Enter your code and click APPLY.
5. If a new ticket appears, choose how many you want. If your code is a discount, choose your tickets as normal.
6. Check the price in Your Order, then click CHECKOUT.

Code not working?

• Check the date and session. A code often works for one session only.
• Check for typos. Copy and paste the code from the email or message you were sent.
• Choose the right ticket. If the code unlocked a ticket, make sure you selected that ticket and not a regular one.
• It may be used up. Codes can have a limit on how many times they're used.

Forgot to use your code?

Codes can't be added after you've paid. Contact the organiser who gave you the code. They decide whether to adjust your order.

Notes

• You can use one coupon code per order.
• Some codes can be used more than once, others only once.
• Coupon codes come from the event organiser. We can't give out codes or discounts, including for students or birthdays.
• If a code was meant to make your ticket free but you were charged, submit a support request straight away.
