Scheduling Ticket Tier Times

Overview

Configure timing controls for event ticket tiers. Set start and end times to manage ticket availability and automatic closing conditions. This helps control ticket sales flow and inventory management.


Steps

  1. Events > Tickets
  2. Set "Starts At" and "Ends At" times
  3. Save changes


Auto-Close Conditions

The ticket tier automatically closes when:

  • The end time is reached
  • Allocation is sold out


Important: Verify all settings after saving. Note that reaching sales limits will trigger sold-out status alongside time-based closures.  It's important to note that these are not the same dates as your event.


Note:  If you have wifi or internet access at your gate/door/entry, then you can definitely continue to accept payments throughout the event from customers purchasing online as they arrive.  This often helps boost ticket sales by leaving your online sales page open.  Some events change the price of the entry at the door, in those instances you would want to create a ticket tier that correct resembles your on the day entry price.
