How to Mark a Ticket Tier as Sold Out

Overview

Control ticket tier availability through manual or automatic sold-out status. The tier will display as sold out to customers, preventing further purchases.


Steps

  1. Events > Tickets
  2. Select the target ticket tier
  3. Enable the "Sold Out" checkbox
  4. Save changes


Note: The system automatically marks tiers as sold out when allocation is depleted or the end date is reached. Always verify the status on the public event sales page.
